On-Campus Interviews

On-campus interviews can be scheduled with UC Davis students and alumni. Employers can use Handshake to post job descriptions, specify requirements, screen and download resumes and select candidates to interview. Interview rooms are available by request Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm. If you need space outside of those hours, please contact the Employer Engagement Team. 

To host interviews on campus:

  1. Log into Handshake or create an account .
  2. Navigate to the interview section of Handshake.
  3. Request an interview schedule date and time. Most schedules are approved within 2 business days.
  4. Select your type of schedule: room reservation only or preselect to alternate.
  5. Post the job listing(s) associated with the interview.

Academic Calendar

When selecting your interview date, please keep in mind that UC Davis is on the quarter system. We recommend avoiding the last week of the quarter and finals week. Interview rooms are not available on university holidays or weekends. You can view the academic calendar on the Registrar’s website. Please reach out to the Employer Engagement team if you need guidance on selecting a date.

Interview Location

All interviews are held at the Career Center, Third Floor of South Hall, on the UC Davis campus, unless otherwise noted. Learn more about parking and navigating campus.
