Reclassification Request Form: to be submitted by a department/supervisor if a position in one class is to change to a different class as a result of a significant change in duties, responsibilities and/or qualifications of the position.

Non-UC Recruitment Request Form: to be submitted by a department/supervisor to request the hiring of a non-UC student. Please follow the instructions outlined in the policy and procedures before submitting this request.

Student Employee Appointment Extension Request Form: to be submitted by a department/supervisor to request an extension of a Student Assistant that has recently graduated. Please note all requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and approval of your request is not guaranteed.
